A GOOD EMPLOYER

An employer should not be..... partial, or have favourites he or she should see every one equal before God.

The Director and the Proprietress of Yandutse schools Kano, Engr and Mrs Ahiome presenting a gift to one of their staff.

An employer should appreciate the worth and dignity of his employees.

                  An employer should appreciate the input/output of his employees.

An employer should look beyond the working environment, the employees immediate environment like his home, family etc.

An employer should be willing to give constructive criticism to his employees and advice where necessary.

Employees should be given applaud, incentives, allowances good remunerations etc by the employer.

 Employees should be happy working, that is an employee should get job satisfaction always wherever he or she is working. The employer should be willing to respect the views and opinions of his employees.
